The proposed landscaping adopts a local aesthetic identity and establishes an intimate connection with the surrounding context. The transitions between public and private spaces are designed to be harmonious.

A gradual, layered vegetative screen is organized along Avenue Jean Mermoz and along the site’s open areas to create privacy while giving a green character to the public space along the main urban axis. In addition, shared boundary areas are landscaped to preserve visual privacy and acoustic comfort for both neighboring residents and site users.

he nearby vehicle parking, set back to the south of the site, consists of grass-paved parking bays to limit visual impact and soil impermeabilization, and is planted with trees and existing in-ground planting beds, providing welcome shade.

The plant composition also contributes to the serene and peaceful atmosphere of the project, particularly from the interior, where wide vistas open onto the landscaped outdoor spaces and surrounding scenery. A major challenge is ensuring the project’s volumetric coherence with the existing urban landscape.

To achieve this, setbacks and boundary treatments are planned. This spatial separation is reinforced by a dense vegetative buffer on the west and south sides and landscaped edges along the avenue to the east.
