Located at the intersection of several ongoing projects—such as the redevelopment of Place de l’Étoile, ecological corridors along the Cours des Champs-Élysées connecting the wider landscape and dunes, and a housing program between Place de l’Étoile—Stella Park is conceived as an open and contextually connected space. The surrounding landscape, dunes, and seaside imagery shape the curves of the concrete structures and integrate the semi-sunken facility as an element that is fully part of the site.
