Located at the heart of the Les Roseaux eco-neighborhood, the Montévrain Multi-Sports Stadium, designed with OLGGA Architects, is set within an open landscape on the city’s edge, where nature and activity coexist harmoniously. The facility integrates into a new urban framework, conceived as a breathing space between built blocks and the natural horizons of the territory.

The project is based on a careful reading of the site: the terrain lines, orientations, and views toward the broader landscape structure the overall organization. Pedestrian routes and landscape continuities connect the various sports areas, ensuring a smooth transition between the town and the open plain.

Vegetation plays a central role: wildflower meadows, groves of local species, and tree alignments guide circulation, define pathways, and create microclimates that enhance user comfort. This living network links the sports spaces to their surroundings, promoting biodiversity and soil permeability.
Natural and permeable materials, combined with a gentle stormwater management system using landscaped swales, reflect the project’s commitment to simplicity and sustainability. The overall design favors an integrated approach, where architecture and landscape engage in dialogue to create a functional, calm, and welcoming environment.

At the intersection of the park and the neighborhood, the stadium becomes a collective landmark, open to its surroundings and dedicated to the enjoyment of play, movement, and shared experiences.
