This block belongs to a global project: the rehabilitation of the Madeleine neighborhood. The limits are redefined. The central space remains a place of exchange, a square in the heart of the block. A progression from public to private space is organized by the scale of the plantations, the location of the entrances are marked by a low wall, a gate and the lighting system.
Hedges create the pathways. The plantings are generous and flowering to break with monotonous image of the site. The transition with the residential area is progressive. A dialogue with the buildings will allow to reinforce them, to put them in scene.
