The project is located in the heart of a block in full mutation, bordered on both sides by the Quai Ferdinand Lesseps and Rue Eileen. The position of the parcel in is a built-up block and located in the heart of its landscaped spaces, it imposes a significant constraint on both ways, in height and architectural form.
This project not only includes two façades in an important place of the city, but it also represents a potential communication point at the scale of the Luciline neigborhood. In addition, major constraints must be integrated on the parcel to meet the requirements of the program of the block (water management, planted area, etc.)
