Located in the northern part of the commune of Louviers, within the Seine-Eure Agglomeration Community, the HUB Expo & Congress is the rehabilitation of the former CINRAM industrial site. Situated near the Hermès leather goods facility inaugurated in 2023, the HUB is integrated into the Fringale business park. It is a B2B facility located 30 minutes from Rouen, Évreux, and Vernon, and just one hour from Paris.
Featuring flexible and functional spaces for all types of events, accommodating between 100 and 2,500 people, the HUB has been complemented by landscape design commensurate with its architectural scale.
Scope of work: Development of a loop road, creation of soft-mobility pathways, and installation of parking areas within the HUB site.
