Architecture, urban spaces and the constitutions of blocks are the development axis of this project. The International “Arts-Design-Entrepreneurship” Campus is a project connected to all the identities of the site, making the campus a federating project for the territory. A urban reconquest will be articulated on the formalization of the orientations and the challenges to create a harmonious project for Les Héronnières.
The project aims at giving meaning to the city through the renovations and the improvements of this historic district. This campus will allow Les Héronnières to expand its urban tissue, its economic and its socio-cultural dimension. The project will also reach the requirements in terms of urban insertion, ecology and animation.
