Our primary objective is to enhance the site, giving residents the opportunity to reclaim the space by providing outdoor spaces that are places of exchange and encounter. Therefore, we create spaces on a human scale, offering various functions such as view gardens, rest areas. Embedded in a generous vegetation, these spaces will be landmarks that articulate the site, and allow a new use of the space.
Also, at the foot of the buildings, it is planned to offer residents gardens that will give them a private sphere extended beyond their apartments. A variety of vegetation, combining interesting blooms and textures throughout the year, will accompany the paths and squares. Plants that require low water and little maintenance are selected for the project, in order to minimize future maintenance.
