The “Bois-Cany Promenade” is based on the composition of a commercial complex dominated by green spaces. The framework of this zone is based on the orientation of the shops leaning against the railroad tracks, allowing the integration of the access road for deliveries on the back of the buildings. In front of the buildings, the parking lots are organized around a recomposed landscape grid that unifies rainwater management, urban connections and road looping.
The landscape grid will extend to the forecourts of the shops and restaurants. It will take the form of a planted mall that will provide a quality planted environment, a continuous pedestrian walkway linking all the stores, and overall coherence between the different spaces.
